Product Details and Quality Assurance
Our business is based on a mutual relationship of integrity.
Our mission is to make it easy for you to put the best quality products we can supply into your kitchens.
Our goal is that all of the produce will be grown by our farm or closely partnered producers.
If conditions are beneficial, we expect to have over 40 varieties of fruits and vegetables off-of our farm available for your consumption! More than enough to overflow your boxes.
However, this is not a pay and get-what-you get program. We find those can be daunting for those of us on a limited budget, and those of us responsible for production.
We rely on the principle that farming and feeding our community is collaborative by necessity and nature. We will reach out beyond our farm and partners if we do not have product to fulfill your needs, and our commitment to you (or if we just find something really awesome we want you to be able to get). We always have our ears open for quality ingredients to bring to you, and look forward to expanding our offerings past produce to other locally produced goods to benefit your kitchen and health.
We value transparency, and will be posting the origins of all products, so that you, as the consumer, can decide on the purchase.
Our focus is on product. If you have an issue with the quality of the product you receive, please contact us directly so we can address and rectify the problem quickly. Please give us a chance to address issues before posting publicly.
Our products are perishable and can be damaged in transit. Please handle with care once it is in your possession.
Our products are produced in a volatile environment, value, not perfection, is guaranteed! Sometimes you may find larger amounts of "seconds" products at discounted rates in your boxes (take advantage!).
We cannot survive without happy customers, so we want to keep you that way! Open communication is key to good business dealings on both ends.
